Alvie Wayne Davis entered into rest February 3, 2012 at his home in Independence, MO surrounded by his family.

He is survived by his father, Harry L. Davis; sister, Diana Smith; brother, Chuck Roberts; nieces and nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy K. Davis.

Visitation will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. Wednesday at The Restoration Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 919 S. Delaware, Independence, MO, with a service following at 3 p.m.
