Andre Pulé, 98, lived a long life and passed away on November 5, 2023.

He was born in Castelvetrano (Sicily), Italy on September 24, 1925, the fourth of five children of the late Pellegrino and Rosaria Pulé.  Being in Italy during WWII, he left the country at young age and went to Venezuela looking for work. In Venezuela, however, he did not do so well. The country was in economy disarray, and then decided to move to United States. He chose to go to Kansas City, Missouri where he met his wife, Rosina Martino. They were married for many years until she passed away in 1997. Andre worked for many years at Berbiglia Wine & Spirits, a store owned by a local Italian family.

Andre was a gentleman, kind and always polite with everyone. Despite not having a college degree, he always kept himself busy by reading books and interesting magazines.

He preceded in death by his sister Anna Pulé in Rome, Italy.  He will be deeply missed by his niece Rosalba Infranca and her husband Tom, who visited him quite often. He will also be missed by many nieces in Italy and many cousins in United States.

Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 16, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at Mt. Saint Mary's Cemetery. Condolences may be offered at www.passantinobros.com
