Anthony F. Christofano, 90, Kansas City, MO, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2016. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Thursday, February 4, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 1357 NE 42nd Terr., Kansas City, MO 64116, where the Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 12 p.m. Burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Please omit flowers.
Anthony was born in Kansas City, MO, on September 4, 1925, to Alphonso and Anna Christofano. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II serving in the South Pacific. During his younger years, Anthony worked for the Burlington Railroad and also ran a television repair business. He later sold commercial real estate with Victor Ross Realty.
Anthony was preceded in death by his wife, Anna May Christofano, in 1992; and brother, Jimmy Christofano, in 2000.
Survivors include his wife of 24 years, Marie P. Christofano; son and daughter-in-law, Anthony and Debbie Christifano; daughter and son-in-law, Anita and Charles Cacioppo, Jr.; step children, Venita and Steve Saluto, Paul Poppa; grandchildren, Anthony V. Christifano, Vincent Christifano, Nicholas and Alexis Christifano, Marie A. Cacioppo, Anna Cacioppo, Charles Cacioppo III, Kathryn and Mike Schramm, Tom Saluto; great-grandchildren, Michael, Tommy, Jack, and baby Angelo; brothers and sisters-in-law, Simon and Antoinette Christofano, Joe Mike and Phyllis Christifano, Angelo Christofano; sister and brother-in-law, Agnes and Marion Saladino; sister-in-law, Anita Jo Palmentere; and only surviving aunt, Daisy Fontana. Anthony also leaves his very special friends Ross and Clarene Cascio.

Anthony was truly a wonderful man. He adored his family and was loved by all who knew him.
