Obituary

Anthony P. "Tony" Costanza, 87, passed away January 12, 2017. The Rosary will be prayed at 9:30 a.m., followed by visitation at 10 a.m. and the funeral Mass at 11 a.m., on Friday, January 20, at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 309 Benton Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64124. Interment will follow at Mt. Saint Mary's Cemetery. Please omit flowers.
Tony was born December 20, 1929, in Kansas City, MO. He was U.S. Army veteran, and was manager of the liquor department at Milgram Grocery Store before retiring. He enjoyed visiting the local casinos and loved being the center of attention. You always knew when he was around, and he loved telling great jokes.
Tony was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Catherine (LaPuma) Costanza; his brothers, Jasper, Dominick and Frank Costanza; and sisters, Rose and Nadine Costanza. He is survived by his sister, Mary Ann Draskovich; five nieces and nephews; many great and great-great nieces and nephews; and cousins of the Giunta and LaPuma families.
