Antoinette (Catagrone) Boul, 88, of Gladstone MO, passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2019. Visitation will be on November 9 ^th at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 6415 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone MO  64119, at 10:00 AM followed by the Rosary at 11:00 and Mass at 11:30.  Burial will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery following the Mass. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Liberty Hospital Hospice .

Ann was born on March 22, 1931, in the Northeast area of Kansas City, MO.  She grew up in the Northeast area and married Bernard (Bernie) Boul in 1955.  They spent the first part of her married life in the Northeast and had 4 children, one of whom passed in infancy.   When the family moved to Gladstone area in 1979, she became a member of St. Andrews Parish. She spent her life as a devoted wife and mother and liked to call herself a "domestic engineer".  Her happiest times were in the kitchen with her family as they enjoyed her wonderful cooking.

Ann is preceded in death by her husband Bernard of over 50 years; her son Rocco Boul; parents, Frances & Rocco Catagrone; infant daughter Frances Ann; her elder brother Andrew Catagrone; and daughter-in-law Kathleen Boul.   Survivors include her daughters Reva A. Stroup and Frances G. Boul Hay; son-in-law Martin Hay; grandchildren Joseph, Christopher, Andrea, Stephen, Bernard, James, Katie, and Jeanette; and great-granddaughter Kristie.

Antoinette was able to continue to live in her own home as she wished.   In her last days she made a special effort to express her deep gratitude to family and friends for all their support.  The family would like to also thank her doctor and all of the wonderful ICU nurses at Liberty Hospital who cared for her.
