Bernard "Benny" Joseph Cardello, 26, of Lee's Summit, Missouri, passed away on January 5, 2017, peacefully in his sleep. The Rosary will be prayed at 4 p.m. followed by Visitation from 4:30 to 8 p.m. on Monday, January 9, at Our Lady of the Presentation Catholic Church, 130 NW Murray Rd., Lee's Summit, Missouri 64081. Benny was born in Kansas City, Missouri, on August 28, 1990. He grew up in Lee's Summit in the Winterset Subdivision where he was sure to be seen with any of his friends at any given time. He was active in several sports including baseball, football and wrestling. He graduated from Lee's Summit West High School in 2009. He enjoyed being around his "big Italian family". Benny didn't know a stranger. His clever and witty personality was always sure to make you laugh. He loved to make people smile. One of his most admirable and memorable traits was his generosity. He would give you the shirt off his back if he thought it mattered. Benny's professional career consisted of sales in the automotive and wireless technology industries. His charming and trustworthy character made him an asset in any work place. His legacy has left a lasting impression on many lives that will never be forgotten. He will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege to meet him.
Benny is survived by his parents, Joe and Lorie Cardello; his sister, Angel; his grandparents Margaret Cardello, Gerald Thomson, Bernard "Benny" and Dianna Cardello; his aunts and uncles, Vallery and Gary McKeehan, Kelly Hutchison, Cathy and John Cosentino, Frank Cardello, Lisa and Chris Cardello, Dominique and Tony Cardello; and his cousins Kegan Thomson, Nicole, Natalie, Anna Marie, Aniela, Milania, and Tony Cardello Jr.
Benny has joined in Heaven his grandmother Wanda Thomson.
