Bianca (Bondon)
Sullivan
Mar 12, 1973 — Dec 4, 2024
Bianca Sullivan, age 51, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at her home in Lee's Summit Missouri.
Bianca was born on March 12, 1973, to John and Vicki Bondon in Kansas City, Missouri. She was a graduate of Lee's Summit High School. After graduation, Bianca attended college at the University of California - Los Angeles (UCLA) where she earned her bachelor's degree in marine biology. After her undergraduate education, Bianca continued to pursue her educational goals and pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola Marymount University, eventually earning her MBA and ultimately a law degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City (UMKC).
Bianca is survived by her husband Rob Sullivan; her sons Robert and Brock Sullivan; and her parents John Bondon and Vicki Tomblinson.
Bianca was a loving and devoted wife and mother, always putting her family before herself. While always lovingly caring for her husband and raising her two sons, Bianca continued to practice law at Sullivan Law LLC, the law firm she built with her husband Rob, and ultimately was able to pursue her dream to own a cannabis business. When medical marijuana was legalized in Missouri, Bianca did just that when she was granted two licenses for dispensaries in Jackson County Missouri, becoming one of only a handful of women to own and operate a cannabis business in the country. Bianca poured her heart and soul into fresh.green dispensaries while ever striving to be a loving wife and a dedicated mother to two sons. While doing all of this, Bianca also managed to pursue her passion of trail running and triathlon, ultimately competing in the Iron Man triathlon in Arizona, as well as the extremely difficult Moab Marathon in Moab, Utah along with countless other shorter length races and triathlons.
Bianca always strove for perfection in both her personal life and in business. Bianca was loved and admired by so many of the lives she touched. Beautiful, intelligent, loving and devoted. She will forever be in our hearts and minds and forever remembered by the many who cherished and loved her.
Family, friends and others whose lives were touched by Bianca are invited to services on Monday, December 23, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Kansas City, Missouri. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. with the Funeral Mass at 12:00 p.m.
