Carl A. Bua, 85, passed away December 13, 2018. Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. with the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 19, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 911 E. Missouri Ave., Kansas City, MO 64106. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Kansas City North.

Carl was born July 30, 1933, in Kansas City, MO, to the late Frank and Elizabeth (Rizzo) Bua. He attended Manual High School and was a proud graduate of Rockhurst College. Carl was a U.S. Army veteran and was a member of Holy Rosary Parish where he enjoyed singing in the choir.

Carl was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Pat Fazzino. He is survived by his daughter, Letitia Bua; brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Joann Bua; sister, Josephine Fazzino; nieces and nephews, Mary and Paul Wolf, Nick J. Fazzino, Frank and Debbie Bua, Elizabeth Bua; great-nieces and nephew; and aunt, Joann Rizzo.
