Carl Jasper Palermo passed away in Texas on October 21, 2025, at the age of 96. He is survived by his daughter Rose Linda David and husband Russ David; stepson Klark Bogh; stepdaughter Kathy Mitchell; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.

Carl was preceded in death by his wife Peggy Palermo; stepson Kent Bogh (Myra Woosley); and parents Jasper Palermo and Rose Cerniglia.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 14, at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Raytown, MO.
