Carmeline N. Giunta, 80, northeast Kansas City, MO, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2014. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday, March 27, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home, 2117 Independence Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64124, where the Rosary will be prayed at 5:30 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Friday, March 28, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 911 E. Missouri Ave., Kansas City, MO 64106. Burial will follow in Mt. Saint Mary's Cemetery.

Carmeline was born November 28, 1933, in Kansas City, MO, to Fred and Antoinette (LaPuma) Giunta. She worked 40 years for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. She enjoyed ballroom dancing, cooking, bowling and watching sports, especially golf on TV.

Carmeline was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Pat Giunta. Survivors include her brother, Dominick "Mimi" Giunta; cousins, Tony Costanza, Mary Ann Draskovich, Jasper, Billi, Marena, and Marisa Draskovich; and many other cousins.
