Celia (Nunez) Martinez, 88, passed away December 31, 2021, at her home. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. with the Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 7, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Kansas City North. Entombment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, KCK.

Celia was born June 26, 1933. She was preceded in death by her husband Armand Martinez , and her son James Martinez. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Gilbert and Tara Martinez; her grandchildren Michael, Gabriel, and Daniel Martinez; brothers Melchor Nunez and Eliceo Nunez; and sister Elvira Rangal.
