Charles Walter Cleland, 92, passed away March 11, 2019. Visitation & Rosary will be 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, March 22, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home, 2117 Independence Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64124. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Saturday, March 23, at Church of the Holy Martyrs, 7801 Paseo, Kansas City, MO 64131. Burial will follow at Mt. Saint Mary's Cemetery. Survived by his wife, Lui Thi Bui; and his children.
