Concetta C. Azzaro, 65, passed away Monday, October 22, 2012 at NorthCare Hospice House. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday, October 25, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home, 2117 Independence Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64124, where the Rosary will be prayed at 6 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Friday, October 26, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 5106 St. John Ave., Kansas City, MO 64123. Concetta was born February 23, 1947 in Kansas City, MO and was a 1966 graduate of Glennon High School. She loved to travel and shop, and was a member of Holy Cross Parish where she was active with the Altar and Rosary Society. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank D. Azzaro, Sr., in 1997; and her nephew, Johnny Azzaro, Jr., in 2005.

Concetta is survived by her mother, Josephine Azzaro; brothers and sisters-in-law, Michael and Judy Azzaro, Anthony and Bernadette Azzaro, Frank and Deborah Azzaro, John and Jean Azzaro; sisters and brothers-in-law, Rose and Anthony Bass, JoMarie and Eric Childrey; 13 nieces and nephews; and six great-nieces and nephews.
