Darrell was born in Wichita, KS, loyally served his country in the Vietnam War, and retired from Georgia-Pacific Corporation after 35 years. Through his humbleness and quiet faith, he was a mentor to many. He was a loving husband and father who often demonstrated his devotion to his family through his delicious barbecue. He was an exemplary grandfather who affectionately earned his title "PaPa" by spending countless hours in lively play with his grandchildren.
Darrell was preceded in death by his parents, Celly and Leona Leiker; and two grandsons, Andrew Leiker Termini and Teddie Flournoy.
Darrell is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Pam Leiker; Chris, Holly, and Lucas Leiker; Cathleen, Dan, Grace, Jack, Thad, Catie, and Ellie Flournoy; Carrie, Taygan, Gabriel, and Karis O'Brien; Lisa, Jon, Emma, and Grant Avery; and siblings, Janice Higgins, Nancy Richards, and David Leiker.
