Survived by mother, Connie; dad, Todd; father, Carl; step-mother, Glenda; nine children, Briana, Anthony, David Jr., Little David, Honestie, Cheyenne, Cody, Amelia, and Jason; brother, Johnathon; sisters, Margaret, Magen, Kori, and Katie; and many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
