Debra Noland, 59, died September 28, 2013. A memorial visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, October 3, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home, 2117 Independence Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64124, where a memorial service will begin at 12 noon. Debra was preceded in death by her mother, Beulah Holt.
