Dominic Joseph "Don" LaPuma, 68, of Overland Park, KS, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 25, 2015, surrounded by his loving family. Funeral services were private.

Don was born on September 30, 1947, to Salvatore and Angela LaPuma in Kansas City, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his granddaughter, Gabriella Arnone.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 47 years, Lois LaPuma; daughters, Angela (Guy) Arnone, and DeAnna (Charles) Barnett; grandsons, Dominic, Michael, and Vincent Arnone. He is also survived by his sisters, Nadine LaPuma, Roseanne (Michael) Carullo, and Kathy (Frank) Zarlingo; and by his brother, John (Melanie) LaPuma; as well as many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

Don was a wonderful husband, father, brother and papa. His main priority in life was his family but he also loved baseball, golfing, music, his gun collection and his faithful canine companion Brady.

Although we will miss him dearly we are comforted knowing he is no longer suffering and finally getting the peace he so deserved.
