Donald E. Blundell Jr., of Independence, Missouri, born on December 10th, 1962, passed away May 9th, 2016, peacefully in his home at 53 years of age. He is survived by his daughter Samantha Jo Poynter; son-in-law Andrew Joseph Poynter; mother Judy Blundell; sister Micky Blundell; niece Jessica Marie Blundell; nephew Cody Joseph Blundell; his special aunts Jean Weber, Linda Hifle, and Gladys Dyer; and many cousins and friends.

A loving father, and dedicated hard working employee of Cosentino's Price Chopper for 33 years, he spent his free time collecting movies, doing crosswords, and caring for his loved ones.

Visitation will be held at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home on Monday, May 16th, between 4 and 6 p.m., followed by a 6 p.m. Memorial Service.
