Dorothy Louise "Dodo" Torbert passed away February 10, 2026, at the age of 82. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 19, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 12:00 p.m. at Mt. Saint Mary's Cemetery.

Dorothy was born on December 9, 1943, to the late William and Katherine Williams, and worked at the Federal Reserve for over 30 years before retiring. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jo-Dale Torbert, and her brother Michael Williams.

Survivors include her sister Betty Bax (Charlie); her loving niece Michelle Bax (Nick); her loving nephew Charley Bax (Debbie); many great-nieces and nephews; and stepdaughter Dawn Dawson (Kenny), with seven grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Dorothy will be deeply missed by her extended family and friends.
