Dwanda June Corazzin Dray (nee Beegle) was born June 1, 1931, in Tallapoosa, Missouri, to Thurman Raymond Beegle and Zella Marie Beegle. She passed away August 8, 2023, at the age of 92.

Dwanda was preceded in death by her three brothers Wayne, Jerry, and Donald Beegle, and sister Ellen Willene White. Dwanda was joined in marriage to three wonderful men, and they all preceded her in death Don Brasher, Charles Corazzin Jr., and Dennis Dray.  She was also preceded in death by her grandson John Beaven.

Dwanda is survived by her daughter Rozanna Krull (Mark Krull), son Eric Brasher (Anne Brasher); stepchildren Becky McFall (Mike McFall), Paul Corazzin, Tony Corazzin (Melissa Corazzin), Elaine Carpenter (James Carpenter), Don Dray (Jan Dray) and Dave Dray (Jill Dray); twenty grandchildren:  Dan Krull, Suzanne Meek, Andrew Brasher, Michael Brasher, Morgan Brasher, Tamara Johnston, Laura Johnston-Badell, Shannon Johnston, Kellan Corazzin, Austin Corazzin, Brendan Corazzin, Teresa Corazzin, Sarah Corazzin, Megan Corazzin, Matthew Beaven, Bryan Beaven, Jennifer Strand, Jessica Korab, Dana Dray, Jackie Reingardt and Dillon Dray. Survivors also include thirty-four great-grandchildren.

Dwanda graduated from Wardell High School in Wardell, Missouri, in 1949. She was a Chief Operator at Southwestern Bell in Portageville, Missouri. She started her own telephone answering service in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, in the early 1960's. Dwanda loved to tap dance and sing and was a member of the Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, Sweet Adelines. She also loved arts and crafts and she turned her entire basement into a ceramic and porcelain craft room and also taught classes. In her free time, she enjoyed oil painting and photography. In retirement, Dwanda lived in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, Rockford, Illinois, and Destin, Florida, where she enjoyed golfing and other recreational activities with her friends.

Dwanda loved God, family and practically everyone walking this Earth.  I heard someone say, if she ruled the Earth, there would be no wars.

The Rosary will be prayed at 5:00 p.m. followed by Visitation until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 16, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home, Kansas City, Missouri. The Requiem Mass will be 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 17, at St. Rose Philippine Duchesne Catholic Church, Westwood, Kansas. Burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Raytown, Missouri.
