Eddie J. Mchardie's Obituary
Eddie J. McHardie, 92, passed away Friday, January 20, 2017. Funeral Mass will be 11 am Wednesday, January 25, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 5106 St. John, Kansas City, MO 64123, followed by burial at Mt. Saint Mary's Cemetery. The family requests no flowers.
Eddie was born January 29, 1924, in Kansas City, MO. He is survived by his children, Ed "Eddie Joe" McHardie (Kim) and Chris "Chee-Chee" Batton (Mike); grandchildren, Eddie McHardie (Andi), Carmella McHardie, Stephanie McHardie, Michael Batton (Veronica), John Batton (Breanna); great-grandchildren, Skylar, Davin, Cara, Chloe and Frankie; and many nieces and nephews.
The family offers a special thank you to the staff of Heartland Hospice for the care given to Eddie.
