Edna Wade, 96, Kansas City, MO, passed away November 4, 2013. Graveside services will be 2:45 p.m. Saturday, November 9, at Mount Moriah Cemetery South, 10507 Holmes Rd., Kansas City, MO 64131.
Edna was born August 11, 1917 in Searcy County, AR to Clarence and Bertha Knee. She worked over 40 years as a comptroller for Swift & Co. / ConAgra. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Elmer and Charles Knee; and sister, Cleo Sowell. She is survived by her sisters and brother, Wilma Bohannon, Elvie Smith, Harold Knee, and Bonnie Crocker; and many nieces and nephews.
