Frank A. Biscari, 79, passed away Monday, October 20, 2014. Visitation will be 5-6:45 p.m. Thursday, October 23, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 1357 NE 42nd Terr., Kansas City, MO 64116, where the Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 7 p.m. Cremation will follow the services.
