Francis Xavier "Frank" Capra, 62, passed away June 29, 2022, at his home in Sartell, Minnesota.

Frank was born January 9, 1960, in Kansas City, Missouri, to the late Carl and Joan (McGraw) Capra. He is survived by his siblings Carl Capra Jr. (Debbie), Lucia Ornelas (Jose), Jerry L. Capra (Christine), Liz Mease (J.R.); nephew James T. Morton (Gayle); nieces Maria D. Womack (Bear), Michelle Homan (Elliott); and many cousins.

Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 14, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home. Private inurnment will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
