Frank Anthony Marshall was born to Kevin D. Marshall Sr. and Debbie (DeFelice) Marshall on February 24, 1982, at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Frank passed away at Providence Regional Hospital in Everett, Washington on August 24, 2023.

Frank lived the last 10 years in Everett, Washington with his life partner, Laurel Stuart, and their beloved King Charles Cavalier Spaniel named Sissy. They built a life with many traditions such as game night, trips to Starbucks, and cooking dinner together.

Frank worked as an internet influencer. He partnered with Twitch where he streamed daily. Frank was also one of the founding members of The Aethernet, a group of dedicated Final Fantasy XIV streamers from various parts of the world with very diverse personalities and backgrounds.

Frank ran and maintained his friend and actor Ryan Kelley's fan page  'Ryan Kelley Online'. Frank had a true passion for reaching and connecting with people.  He had a huge heart and an even bigger personality.

Every year Frank enjoyed giving back. He would raise money for charities such as Saint Jude's Hospital.  His team once raised over 25 thousand dollars in a few hours!

Frank loved Foxes, Power Rangers, Ben 10, Teen Wolf, World of Darkness, Hunter Enterprise tabletop RPGs, ComiCon, Starbuck's coffee, and mac and cheese. He was well established in multiple online communities with hundreds of friends spread across the Internet and the world. To quote one of them, "Frank did an exceptional job of being the finest human anyone can be."

Frank was preceded in death by paternal grandfather Tomas J. Marshall, and his paternal grandmother Kathryn Elizabeth (Edwards) Marshall, his maternal grandparents Frank DeFelice Jr. and Anna Marie (Perniciaro) DeFelice, his sister Felicia Marshall (Sheralyn's twin), mother Debbie Marie (DeFelice) Marshall, and father Kevin Duane Marshall Sr., who recently passed away on August 1, 2023.

Frank is survived by his brother Kevin Marshall Jr (Christie), sister Sheralyn Landers (Mike), brother Joshua Marshall, niece Amelia Smith, niece Bailey Marshall (Alec), nephew Mathew Landers, niece Autumn Landers, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved him dearly.

Services will be on Saturday September 30, 2023, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home in Kansas City, MO.  Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. followed by a celebration of Frank's life until Noon [ LIVE STREAM ].  Burial will be at 1:00 p.m. at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
