Frank Steven Plas passed away on June 21, 2026, at his home in Connellsville, Pennsylvania, at the age of 73.

Frank was born on August 29, 1952, in Kansas City, Missouri, to the late Steve and Carmeline (Ferro) Plas, and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was formerly employed by TWA Airlines and later had a cleaning business and cleaned buildings for Wal-Mart.

Frank is survived by his wife of 36 ½ years, Lenise Stimmel Plas; his children Steven Plas and Katelyn Hull (Marcus); his grandchild Beckham Hull; his siblings Lilli Taylor (Skip), Mary Mahanes, Phil Plas, and Joe Plas (Erin); and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Steve Plas.

Services will be held on Thursday, July 16, at St. Therese Catholic Church, Kansas City North. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Memorial Mass at 10:30 a.m.
