Frank Joseph Vigliaturo, "Frankie Joe", was born October 10, 1949, in Kansas City, MO. He passed away peacefully on September 23, 2021, surrounded by his family. A special thank you to his loving niece Tisha for her sincere compassion and dedication to her Uncle Frank. All those who loved Frankie Joe will miss him dearly.

Visitation and Services will be Thursday, September 30, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home. Please omit flowers. Masks, covering mouth and nose, and social distancing are required for the services.
