Fred L. Vance, 72, Independence, MO, passed away July 7, 2019. Fred's wish was to be cremated with no services.

Fred was born October 4, 1946. He is survived by his wife, Carol Jo (Singleton) Vance; his children, Fred J. Vance, Jennifer Vance-Schmidt (Eric), and Stacey Vance Kioh (Jeff); his grandson, Kyler Lee; and his brother, Rick Vance (Mary)
