Obituary

George F. Termini, 64, passed away Thursday, August 16, 2012 at Menorah Medical Center. Visitation will begin with the Rosary at 3 p.m. and continue until 8 p.m. on Sunday, August 19, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 1357 NE 42nd Terr., Kansas City, MO 64116. Funeral services will be on Monday, August 20, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, beginning with Reflections at 10:45 a.m. followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Kansas City North. Please omit flowers.

George was born March 5, 1948 in Kansas City, MO, and was a graduate of DeLaSalle High School. He was a fireman in the Air Force Reserves prior to joining the electrician's union. He was manager of Necco Coffee and part owner of Necco Vending for 20 years. For the past 10 years he was the comptroller at C&C Produce. George was a kind, gentle, and honest man who was a positive influence on all who knew him. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle who truly lived in God's light. George's actions permeated to all who knew him "Do unto others as you would have done to you".

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Frances (Amaro) Termini; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Andrew and Frances Romano; his grandson, Andrew Ross Termini; and his brother-in-law, Paul Scola.

George is survived by his wife of 40 years, Marilyn Termini; daughter, Francine Termini; sons and daughter-in-law, Frank and Michelle Termini, Andrew Termini; grandchildren, Giorgio Termini and Gianna Termini; sister, Carol Scola; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Chuck and Angela Romano, Andrea and Jim Greene; nieces and nephews, Mr. & Mrs. James L. Scola, Frank Scola, Mr. & Mrs. Sal Abbott, Mr. & Mrs. Andrew Romano, Elaina Molle and fiancé Dominic Cervello, Adriana Greene; uncle and aunts, Anthony and Lucille Amaro, Phillipina Amaro, Josephine Lipari; and many other relatives and friends.
