Giuseppina Leone, 51, Gladstone, MO, passed away June 9, 2019, at NorthCare Hospice House from Stage 4 Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Services will be held at a later date.

Giuseppina was born December 28, 1967, in Germany. She was married and a mother to three children. Before she fell ill, she worked as a nurse's aide at a retirement home.

Giuseppina was preceded in death by her father, Vincenzo Sparacia; father-in-law, Francesco; mother-in-law, Vita; and brother-in-law, Daniele. She is survived by her husband, Stefano; and her children, Samantha, Daniele, and Micah.
