Mr. Hien Xuan Phan, 70, passed away March 7, 2019. Visitations will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 14, and Friday, March 15, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home, 2117 Independence Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64124. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 9 a.m. Saturday, March 16, at Church of the Holy Martyrs, 7801 Paseo, Kansas City, MO 64131, followed by cremation.
