Jean Irene (Brice) Hayde, 76, of Lee's Summit, MO passed away at her daughters home surrounded by family following a brief battle of lung cancer, on Aug. 28, 2012. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012 at Our Lady of the Presentation Catholic Church, Lee's Summit, MO. The Rosary will be at 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31 with visitation until 8 p.m. at the church. Burial at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Kansas City, MO.

Jean was born 2 ½ minutes after her identical twin sister, on October 20, 1935 to William and Pauline Brice. She was always so full of life and love, and is now dancing and singing in heaven, she will be dearly missed by everyone.

Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen J. Hayde, her parents, stillborn granddaughter, Angela, brothers: Jack and Paul Brice, and sister Terri Maize. She is survived her 5 children: Margee Williams (Billy), Tom Hayde, Steve Hayde (Mary), Mark Hayde (Mary), Tim Hayde (MaryKay), 12 grandchildren: Joseph, Emily, Ashley, Laura, Jake, Molly, Kari, Timmy, Cass, T.J., Chrissy, and Matthew; her twin sister, Jane Scott (Jack), sisters: Mary MacDonald, Ginny Dean, and Loretta Horn, brothers: Bob Brice (Mary) and Bill Brice (Betty), a special niece Dee Leon (Bill) and many other nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
