Giovanna "Jennie" (Cappello) Tidona, 96, of Kansas City, MO, passed away at her home on October 25, 2017. The Rosary will be prayed at 5 p.m. followed by visitation from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Friday, October 27, at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 11822 Holmes Rd., Kansas City, MO 64131. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Saturday, October 28, at the Church, followed by burial at Mount Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care.

Jennie leaves to celebrate her life and cherish her memory, her son Emanuel; daughter Janine and husband Daniel; daughter Marietta; four grandchildren: Giorgio, Michael and wife Lauren, Jenna and husband Ryan, and Anthony; and seven great-grandchildren: Gabriel, Nico, Sofia, Tommy, Cate, Miles, and Clara.
