JoAnn Russell, 78, of northeast Kansas City, MO, passed away May 29, 2021.

JoAnn was born September 29, 1942, in Urbana, MO, to the late Cecil and Anna (Edgecomb) Perryman. She is survived by her husband of 60 years William L. Russell; her children David L. Russell and Donna Marie Truesdell (Robert) both of Arizona, and Phillip E. Russell (Leah) of Georgia; grandchildren Michael, Christopher, Alana, and Kelvin; sister Gertrude Stevenson (Fred) of Independence, MO; and nephew Ed.
