John Frank Maddi, 80, passed away December 18, 2020 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

John was born January 27, 1940 in Kansas City, Missouri as the oldest child of Charles and Bertha Maddi. John graduated from Glennon High School 1956. He served in the U. S. Army and was a proud veteran. Moving to Phoenix in 1972, he owned operated his own plumbing business. He was an avid golfer, bowler, poker player and bridge player among his many other hobbies. Once retired, he moved to Las Vegas to be closer his grandchildren. He was a lifelong Catholic and was an active parishioner of both Our Lady of Wisdom and at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. He was loved by everyone he met, and he loved to laugh while enjoying life to its fullest. He especially loved spending time with his two grandchildren who brought him so much joy.

John is survived by his devoted wife, Gloria; daughters, Jennifer (Joe Schifini) of Las Vegas, and Gianna (Eddie Howell) of Phoenix; grandchildren, Julia and Vincent; only brother, Charlie Maddi (Dianne) of Kansas City, Missouri; and many beloved family members and friends throughout the United States. He will be missed dearly and will continue to live on in our hearts.
