John Gerard Teevan, 89, passed away September 22, 2022. Visitation will begin at 11:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Burial with Military Honors will be at 1:30 p.m. at Leavenworth National Cemetery.

John was born October 7, 1932, to the late Bernard Sr. and Mary (Brady) Teevan. He spent most of his life in the North Kansas City area and enjoyed his time working and supporting the staff at St. Patrick's Parish and School. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of Korea.

Along with his parents, John was preceded in death by his sister Rose Marie Summers. He is survived by his brother Bernard Teevan Jr. of Belton, MO, sister Sue Orosco of Gretna, NE, friends, and many loving nieces and nephews.
