Joe was born November 3, 1940 in Kansas City, MO. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Miki Battaglia; his brother and sister-in-law, Tony and Betty Battaglia; his children and their spouses, Frank and Joyce Battaglia, Kim and Mike Palumbo, Vince and Angie Battaglia, Billy and Shawnia Jones, Beverly Battaglia, Tami and Greg Huie; 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
