Joseph Francis "Joe" Paladino, a truly one-of-a-kind man, passed away peacefully in his home on July 1, 2026, surrounded by his close family, at the age of 70 years old.

Born on May 30, 1956, to Ciro and Vivian (Wood) Paladino, Joe lived a life defined by his strong faith in Jesus Christ, his amazing spirit, and an unmatched love for people. Joe was the proud owner of Paladino Productions, a successful on-screen advertising business that he had for many years. Later in life he brought his signature charisma and hospitality to the road, owning and operating his own limo service better known as "Joe the limo guy".

Joe would always say to his clients, "If you have me once, you've got me for life." He made sure everyone got home safely no matter what. Joe also started a tree service with his two sons. He loved doing what he did and he did it well.

Joe was a fun-loving guy who genuinely loved life and everyone in it. He was widely known as the kind of man who would literally take the shirt off his back to help someone in need—the most loving, caring soul you could ever meet.

Among his greatest joys were his very close inner circle of friends, affectionately known as "The Goomps," and his lifelong best friend, Mike Adams, whom Joe always cherished as a truly great guy and brother. When he wasn't working or spending time with his crew, Joe could be found relaxing in his garden, listening to his favorite music, or watching sports. For over a decade, Joe Paladino has faced down a relentless battle with cancer, enduring countless rounds of chemotherapy, intensive radiation, and multiple major surgeries and procedures. Through every grueling setback and physical toll, he has proven himself to be the absolute toughest guy known. What makes Joe truly remarkable isn't just his physical endurance, but his unbreakable spirit; he woke up every single day choosing a positive attitude, refusing to let the disease steal his joy or his resolve. His resilience is nothing short of heroic, standing as a masterclass in courage and an inspiration to everyone lucky enough to be in his corner.

Above all else, he loved being surrounded by his family. We find comfort knowing he is in heaven with his parents, his sister Cynthia Nigro and Joe Nigro, his half-brother Joseph Paladino, and many other family and friends.

Joe was married to Jeanine (Kappler) Paladino for 27 years.

Joe's legacy lives on through his family, who will miss him deeply. He is survived by his sons Joe Paladino and Phil Paladino, and Phil's fiancée Lizzie; his grandchildren Jacob, Buddy and Pepper, who brought immense joy to his life; his sister Cynthia had eight kids Tina, Kathy, Lindsey, Nicole, Jo Marie, Nick, Joey and Anthony; his other sister Kathy Hanis has Brian, Lori, Lisa, and Bobby. Joe also had countless other nieces and nephews.

Joe touched countless lives with his warmth, laughter, and generosity. He will be truly missed by many, but his spirit will never be forgotten.

Services will be held on Thursday, July 9, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be at Terrace Park Cemetery.
