Josephine Mae (Ranallo) Biondo passed away on May 29, 2017.

Jo was born on December 20, 1932, in Kansas City, MO, to Vito and Mary (Gagliano) Ranallo. She graduated from Northeast High School in 1951, where she was involved in numerous class projects and served as editor of the school newspaper. She was secretary to a Kansas City, MO police detective for some time. Her business history included being an accountant for an orthopedic and pathology group of physicians. She retired in 1994.

Jo is survived by her husband of 64 years, Dr. Marion F. Biondo. She leaves her two sons, Francis C. Biondo and Victor J. Biondo; her sisters, Pauline Martin (Rick), Barbara Hoffman, and Mary Vee Ranallo. There are a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and cousins from both the Biondo and Ranallo families.

Jo was a beautiful lady who will be greatly missed by the family.

Visitation will be 8:30 a.m. with the Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 2, at Church of the Nativity, 3800 W. 119 ^th St., Leawood, KS 66209. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Lenexa, KS.
