Josephine Lanfranca, 88, passed away October 29, 2020. Visitation will be 10 a.m. with a Funeral Service at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, November 2, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mt. Washington Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the Kansas City Autism Training Center or the Down Syndrome Guild of Greater Kansas City .

Josephine, "Joann", will always be remembered for her kind and gentle spirit. She dedicated her life to her family and raising her five sons. Josephine was a follower of Jesus Christ her Lord and Savior and often quoted the Bible.

Josephine was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Mary Fontana; her husband, Thomas Lanfranca; and sons, Michael and Stephen . She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Marion "Tom" and Debbie, Salvatore "Rocky", and Anthony and Rosemary. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
