Josephine Meneses, 95, passed away May 10, 2022.

Miss Josephine was born on February 4, 1927, in Emporia Kansas. She was the last of ten siblings in her family. She spent her working life as a seamstress, altering, sewing, and designing clothes. Fashion was her passion. She also loved the outdoors during the warmer months with nature, flowers, watching birds and soaking up the rays of the sun. Miss Josephine was a good dancer and loved and favored Mexican style of dances and music. She was always ready for a good meal because she loved food.

Miss Josephine was preceded in death by her two sons who she truly loved with all her heart, Robert Alan Meneses Jr. and Rudy David Meneses.

Miss Josephine Meneses was a very sweet loving lady. She was a true blessing to anyone who was in her presence and touched many hearts with her fun filled laughter. She will forever be missed while tucked into our hearts. Heaven gained a beautiful soul.

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 13, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at 1:45 p.m. at Mount Olivet Mausoleum. Memorial contributions may be made to The Don Bosco Community Center in lieu of flowers.
