Juan Carlos Venegas Gonzalez, was born April 20, 1995, in Kansas City MO. He died April 3, 2024, at the age of 28.

Juan Carlos tenía un espíritu muy alegre y positivo que se sentía cada vez que entraba a una habitación. Una hermosa sonrisa contagiosa que haría sonreír también a quienes lo rodeaban. Siempre fue risueno, juguetón y haciendo bromas. También amaba a los niños, especialmente a su sobrina Donna. A Carlos le encantaban las reuniones familiares y pasaba un buen rato con sus primos y tíos y, oh, cuánto amaba la comida mexicana casera de sus tías. Amaba a sus padres y a su hermana con todo su corazón y siempre habló altamente de ellos. Siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar a las personas necesitadas, en cualquier forma posible. Su pérdida se siente y todos sus seres queridos lo extrañarán mucho.

Juan Carlos had an uplifting and positive spirit that was felt every time he walked in a room. A contagious beautiful smile that would make others around him smile as well. He was always funny, playful, and making jokes. He also loved kids, especially his niece Donna. Carlos loved family gatherings and was up for a good time with his cousins and uncles and oh how much he loved his aunt's homemade Mexican food. He loved his parents and sister with all his heart and always spoke very highly of them. He was always willing to help people in need, in any way possible. His loss is felt, and he will be very much missed by all his loved ones.

Services will be held on Friday, April 19, at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by the Funeral Mass at 12:00 p.m.
