Kathleen Belinda Rinehart, 74 years old, of Pleasant Hill, MO, went to be with her lord and savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, October 2nd, 2022. Kathy passed away with loved ones by her side at Research Medical Hospital in Kansas City. She will be missed by many family and friends.

Kathy was born to Cecil Ezra Jeffers and Blanche Evelyn Jeffers on April 8th, 1948. Kathleen, who was better known as Kathy, was united in marriage to James Rinehart for many years. They organized a 4H Club called the Little Big Creek riders. They helped many young boys and girls compete locally and at the yearly state fair competitions on horseback. Kathy graduated from Ray-Pec high school and worked at Butler Manufacturing until she retired. She enjoyed helping the girls and boys learn how to take care of the horses and always had a smile to share with kindness to everyone she knew. She really loved animals, country music, and was an avid deer hunter.

Those left behind to cherish her beloved memory are her brother Michael Cecil Jeffers who resides in Raleigh, NC with his wife Ludy Jeffers, as well as her children Belinda, Brian, Teresa, and Crystal, as well as many grandchildren.

Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 14, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home, 2117 Independence Boulevard, Kansas City, MO 64124. Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, October 15th at 1:00 p.m. at the Jeffers Family Cemetery located at 17902 E 171st, St, Pleasant Hill, MO 64080. Please join us in celebrating the memory of her life one last time.
