Leta May (Roberts) Wiseman, 65, of northeast Kansas City, MO, passed away suddenly on April 26, 2023. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 7, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home.

Leta was born on September 29, 1957, to Isaac and Etta Roberts. She was born and raised in Kansas City, MO where she graduated from Northeast High School and pursued a lifelong career in health care. Taking care of others was her passion. Leta loved working with and caring for the elderly. Leta was preceded in death by both her parents Isaac "Eddie" and Etta Roberts; granddaughter Leeya Wiseman-Guzman; nephews James and Frankie Roberts; and longtime partner Lee Wiseman.

Leta is survived by her partner Ronald Patterson; children Le'Leta Wiseman, Lana Wiseman and Dustin (Megan) Byrd; and stepdaughter Lena Wiseman; her grandchildren Juan Guzman, L'Leeyana Copeland, Michael Copeland, Izaiah Ruiz-Wiseman, Levi Wiseman, Ryliegh Wiseman, Lyle Byrd, Dextyn Byrd and Ruben Wiseman; siblings Patricia Giordano, William Roberts, James Roberts, Joyce Roberts and Charles Roberts; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
