Linda Joan Wright, 71, of Bettendorf, Iowa, passed away unexpectedly on September 30th, 2022.

Linda was born on January 21st, 1951 in Omaha, Nebraska to Maude (Moran) and Andrew Davis. She graduated from Table Rock High School in 1969. On December 30th, 1972, she married Robert "Bob" Wright in St. Anthony Catholic Church in Steinauer, Nebraska. Together they had two sons: Steven Andrew and Daniel Dale. She worked many years at Lincoln Public Schools, until she retired and moved to Iowa. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandma, sister, aunt, and friend to many. Linda loved: reading, her dogs, flowers, Christmas decorating, iced mocha from Starbucks, her grandchildren, her TLC shows, and driving her red Volkswagen, purses in all colors, and so much more.

Linda is preceded in death by her husband; parents; siblings Jack Davis, Duane Davis, Bob Davis, and Susan Puhalla; her mother-in-law Irene Wright; and father-in-law Dale Wright. She is survived by her sons Steven (Andrea) Wright of York, Nebraska, Daniel Wright of Bettendorf, Iowa; sisters Delores (Joseph) Logan of Gladstone, Missouri, Mary (Dale) Beckmann of Avoca, Nebraska; and grandchildren Davis and Jack Wright of Bettendorf, Iowa, Ryleigh, Teagan, Grace and Fallon Wright of York, Nebraska.

The Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, October 17 ^th , at St. Anthony Catholic Church in  Steinauer, Nebraska. Linda and Bob will be buried together at the Wymore Calvary Cemetery in Wymore, Nebraska.
