Mr. Loc Van Tran, 69, passed away May 16, 2019. Visitation & Rosary will be 6-9 p.m. Thursday, May 23, and 5-9 p.m. Friday, May 24, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home, 2117 Independence Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64124. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 8 a.m. Saturday, May 25, at Church of the Holy Martyrs, 7801 Paseo, Kansas City, MO 64131. Burial will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
