Loi Phuc Le of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away October 14, 2020.

Loi was born on March 10, 1992 to Hue Van Le and Thuy Ngoc Thi Pham in My Tho, Tien Giang, Vietnam. In 1997 they moved to the United States and have resided in Kansas City ever since. In 2008, Loi met the love of his life Jessie Stamps and together they have a beautiful daughter, Avery Le.

Loi truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures like spending time with family, friends, and fishing. Loi had the ability to make everyone smile and laugh, and truly touched them in some way. He was so kind and caring and would give you his last dollar if you asked for it. There wasn't any trade Loi couldn't do, you only had to show him once and he would master it. Loi is loved by many, we will hold on dear to the sweet memories shared with him.

Loi is survived by his parents, Hue Van Le and Thuy Ngoc Thi Pham; his devoted partner, Jessie Stamps; daughter, Avery M. Le; siblings, Nhung H. Hines (Blaine Hines), Thuy M. Le, Dennis V. Le; and four nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, October 23 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home, 2117 Independence Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64124, with the funeral service at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 24, followed by burial at Mount Washington Cemetery.
