Louis Brashear's Obituary
Louis Brashear, 82, passed away October 27, 2014. Graveside inurnment services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, November 8, at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 7601 Blue Ridge, Raytown, MO 64138.
Louis was born January 9, 1932, in Chetopa, KS, to Harry and Juanita (Emert) Brashear. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and was a member of the American Legion. He retired from Manor Bakery and also worked for the Kansas City, KS School District. Louis was preceded in death by his wife, Marie (Cuezze) Brashear, and his parents.
Survivors include his sons, Scott Brashear, Kenneth Brashear, Douglas Brashear; 13 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and brothers, Harry Brashear, Jr. and Larry Brashear.
