Louise Barbarotta 88 years old of Kansas City, Mo. passed away on April 7, 2026. Louise leaves her two children of the home Concetta and Joe Barbarotta. Louise was a wonderful mother and homemaker.

Louise was one of seven children born to Dominick and Phyllis Brogoto on September 13, 1937. She was the baby of the bunch. Louise went to Italy to marry her husband Joe Barbarotta. She brought him back to America and then they started their life together. Her husband passed away in March of 2010.

Louise was always watching out for her children and making sure they were always happy. She was a foodie and enjoyed trying different restaurants. She loved going to buffets, that was her favorite. Her kids always took her out to eat and wherever she wanted to go.

Louise never met a stranger, she liked getting to know different people and always striking up a conversation. She loved her 3 cats, and all her friends she made along the way.

The family would like to thank all the staff at NKC Hospital and the NKC Hospice House. The family would also like to thank Louise's in-home caregivers Maria Sanchez, Anna Trujillo, and Mary Keith.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 14, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with the Rosary at 12:00 p.m. at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Mount Olivet Mausoleum.
