Lowell Franklin Scroggin, 85, Gladstone, MO, passed away at home May 1, 2018. Visitation will be 8:30 a.m. with the Rosary at 9:30 a.m. and the Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 5, at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 6415 NE Antioch Road, Gladstone, MO 64119. Burial with Military Honors will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, May 7, at Leavenworth National Cemetery.

Lowell was born March 19, 1933, in Metz, MO. He was a patriot and served his country in the Korean War and returned to marry and raise a family. He worked at General Motors as a robotics engineer. He was a simple man of faith. Loved nature and being in the outdoors. He liked to fish, grill and cut wood for his wood burning stove. He enjoyed Kansas City sports Royals and Chiefs as well.

Lowell was preceded in death by his wife Petrina Scroggin. He is survived by his children, Steven, Christopher and Regina.
